Job Overview: Verstand Resources is a professional services firm that strategically contributes to talent management in Nigeria by partnering with organizations to meet their human resource needs.

This is a contract Associate role at Verstand Resources Limited. As an Associate, you will provide support to clients across our service offerings. You will work closely with the team to deliver bespoke HR solutions that optimize processes, enhance organizational effectiveness, and drive business results for our clients.

You will be responsible for day-to-day support on tasks including talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, and client management.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of some remote work and work from the client’s office, but the primary location is Victoria Island, Lagos.


·       Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

·       Maximum 2 years relevant experience in HR consulting, or a related role.

·       Strong analytical skills with proficiency in visualization techniques.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·       Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.

·       Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value-added solutions and driving client success.

·       Demonstrated   ability   to   work   effectively   both   independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
