OUR MANAGING PARTNER

Toyin a Kuder-trained Career Advisor began her HR career in Guinness Nigeria PLC (a  subsidiary of Diageo PLC) where she worked for Ten (10) years before founding Verstand  Resources Limited.

During her time at Guinness Nigeria PLC, she worked in various HR generalist and specialist  roles including Recruitment Specialist, Learning & Development Specialist, and HR  Business partner. ‘Toyin managed the Early Career Program in Guinness Nigeria for three (3) consecutive years and was a member of the supervisory team for Diageo Africa Early  Career Program. In her role as a Business Partner, she was responsible for the performance  management process and talent planning for her business unit.

As an HR Consultant, ‘Toyin has worked for clients in the Manufacturing, Financial Services, Automobile, Marketing/Advertising, Hospitality, Sales & Distribution, Logistics, Oil & Gas and Consulting Industries.

‘Toyin is an alumna of the New York Film Academy. When she is not consulting, she is  producing Films. She has produced nine (9) films including Wild Goose - a short film that is currently streaming on YouTube and several corporate videos. Offshoot, her recent production is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
