Verstand Resources is an HR consulting firm seeking to fill the Accounting Analyst position in a Luxury Aesthetic Medical Spa Company. The individual will be responsible for evaluating financial transactions and analyzing reports. He/she will be responsible for developing financial policies and workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing financial status by analyzing actual expenses vs profitability margins.
• Prepare financial reports including monthly/quarterly results and fiscal budgets.
• Responsible for P&L, Cash flow reports, Balance Sheets, and Journal Entries.
• Monitor product shipment transactions and delivery costs.
• Generate and track all invoices/payments for vendors and clients.
• Responsible for drafting and managing the A/R and A/P report.
• Prepare the books for audits and fiscal year-end.
• Process payroll and perform adjustments when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor`s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven work experience.
• Proven knowledge of accounting practices, principles & regulations.
• Strong knowledge of productivity tools, QuickBooks, and payroll software.
• Experience in developing and interpreting research both informal/internal and working with third parties.
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically with excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer literacy and critical analytical skills.
• Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
